Delivery Policy
All LearnX offerings — including webinars, masterclasses, and live courses — are delivered digitally.
Upon successful purchase, you will receive:
- Access links via email and WhatsApp
- Login credentials (where applicable) for our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Session reminders and updates through email and WhatsApp
If you do not receive access details within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team at support@learnx.club.
No physical shipping
LearnX Club LLP does not ship any physical products. No delivery charges, shipping fees, or courier services are applicable. All products are delivered digitally upon successful payment.
Digital access & delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:
- Access links via your registered email address and WhatsApp number
- Login credentials (where applicable) for our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Session reminders and course materials via email and WhatsApp
Access is granted instantly in most cases. In rare instances, it may take up to 24 hours.
Please ensure your email address and WhatsApp number at checkout are correct. LearnX Club LLP is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact information.
Exchange policy
Since all our products are digital, exchanges are not applicable once course access has been granted. However:
- If a session you purchased is cancelled or no longer available, we will offer an equivalent alternative at no extra cost.
- If you purchased the wrong course, contact us within 24 hours of purchase (before access is activated) and we will assess your request.

Access issues
If you haven’t received access within 24 hours of purchase:
- Check your spam/junk folder for the access email.
- Ensure you’re using the same email address provided at checkout.
- Contact us at support@learnx.club — we resolve access issues within 24 hours.
