Cancellation and Refund

LearnX Club LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. All LearnX products and services are delivered digitally — including webinars, masterclasses, and live courses.
Cancellation policy
- Live sessions & webinars: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the session. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Pre-recorded courses & digital products: Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of purchase and before course access has been activated. Once access is granted, cancellations will not be entertained.
- All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the LearnX team. To request a cancellation, email support@learnx.club with your order details and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained for missed sessions, non-attendance, or partial participation.
Refund policy
- Session cancelled by LearnX: If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by LearnX and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be entitled to a full refund or credit towards another session of equal value, at your discretion.
- Access issues: If you are unable to access your course or materials due to a technical issue on our end and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Product not as described: If the service you received is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Requests will be reviewed by the LearnX team and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Missed sessions or non-attendance
- Partial participation or incomplete course completion
- Change of mind after course access has been granted
- Purchases made using promotional or discounted pricing, unless otherwise stated
Refund timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately before raising a refund request — we’ll resolve it promptly.
How to Raise a Request
Email support@learnx.club with the subject line “Cancellation/Refund Request” and include:
- Your full name and registered email/WhatsApp number
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Reason for the request
