Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

User-generated content

If you submit reviews, comments, or any other content to our platform, you grant LearnX Club LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Payments

All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (such as Razorpay or Stripe). Prices, access duration, and inclusions are specified at the time of purchase. LearnX Club LLP is not responsible for any additional charges, currency conversion fees, or bank charges that may apply to your transaction. In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us at support@learnx.club within 7 days of the transaction.

Service availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our Services; however, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
